You've got questions, we've got answers!

A JettSetter is a Jetti Fitness brand ambassador who loves all things Jetti including walking, wellness and creating community. Simply put, JettSetters share the love of Jetti Walking while earning commissions and swag as they do.

To be a JettSetter, you must be over the age of 18 and a US resident.

The sky’s the limit! You will be paid a $10 commission on each pair of Jetti Poles sold using your exclusive link and/or code.

You may use your JettSetter code on your social media channels, on your personal websites and you may, of course, send it directly to friends and family. However, you may not “spam” anyone with your code and you may not use your JettSetter code in any comment you post on any Jetti Fitness or 99 Walks social channel.

As a JettSetter, you are an ambassador for the Jetti brand. Part of our Crew. And around here, our goal is to create a safe, supportive and inspiring community. Accordingly, as a JettSetter, you agree to conduct yourself in a civil and respectful manner at all times and never to:

•Act in a deceptive manner;

•Harass, stalk or bully anyone in the Jetti Fitness community (including any other member, employee, coach or instructor);

•Harm or exploit minors;

•Distribute or promote "spam";

•Collect information about others;

•Engage in any conduct that is offensive or illegal; or

•Post any content that infringes, misappropriates or violates a third-party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy or that is fraudulent, false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group, is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person, animal, or entity, exploits minors or promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.

Jetti Fitness has the right  to remove anyone from the JettSetter program if it determines, in its sole discretion, that they have violated this code of conduct.

Your personal JettSetter account is managed through our partners at Refersion. You can log in anytime (be sure to use the same email you used to sign up) and once logged on, will be able to see your sales and commissions, make changes to your shipping or payment info, and find your JettSetter link.

All JettSetter payments are made monthly via PayPal so you need a PayPal account. If you don’t have a Paypal account – no worries – they are free and simple to sign up for! Just head to paypal.com to create your account.

We are HERE for you! Please email us at team@jettifit.com and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours (but usually within the day). Please include as much info as you can about your issue, including the date of the missing sale, the email on file and your PayPal email (if it's different).

In the event that one of your orders is canceled or the product is returned, we will reduce your commission for that sale. If you see a negative balance, it means we sent the payment to you before that order was canceled or the product was returned and that commission will be deducted from your next payment.

It happens! Please email team@jettifit.com within 72 hours of the sale. Be sure to include:

name of the person who placed the order

order number (if possible)

your email (that you used to set up your JettSetter account)

Once we confirm the sale, we will credit your account. Note that if it is more than 72 hours after the sale is made, we will be unable to add that credit, so be sure to move quickly.

We want you to feel like the critical part of the Jetti Crew that you are so, so we may send you emails, direct messages and other outreach to keep you updated & informed. These emails are key to your success, so keep an eye out for them. Of course, should you ever wish to stop receiving email communication from us, you’ll always have the option to unsubscribe.

We’ll be very sad, but we totally understand that things can happen and minds can change. It’s no problem and you can stop at any time. Send an email to team@jettifit.com and let us know.

Level I: You sold your first pair of Jetti Poles! Woot! To help you celebrate your first sale we’ll send you a Jetti Sweatie (an exclusive Jetti headband.)

Level II: You’ve made 5 sales. You’re on your way! We’ll send you a super cool Jetti accessory not yet released to the public. Release date is Sept 13th and your’s will ship on Sept 12th. 

You’ll also receive an invitation to attend the 2023 Jetti Meet Up* – the first of our annual events designed to inspire, motivate and help you unleash your best Jetti-self. 

*Cost for event not yet determined.

Level III: You’ve made 10 sales. Rock. Star. We’ll send you an exclusive JettSetter t-shirt and you’ll get an exclusive shout out & recognition on our Jetti social channels.

Level IV: You’ve made 20 sales. Take a moment and enjoy your success! So you can be reminded of your awesomeness daily, we’ll send you an exclusive JettSetter necklace.

Level V: To be announced and we promise it will be worth the wait.

Reminders:

Each reward level is earned once. Sales do not reset monthly or yearly. 

Rewards levels are calculated daily Monday through Friday.

Rewards are mailed out weekly.
