You will find no more committed, compassionate or caringĀ JIT Master TrainersĀ than Carrie, Jenny, Joyce and Eric. Their voices will be in your ear, supporting you, coaching you, inspiring you and cheering you on every step of the way.


Carrie- Master Trainer

Carrie is an experienced fitness leader that believes in the benefits of exercise, recovery, and teaching women to move their body with intention. She did not always have a passion for exercise, but once she began her own health journey and made daily movement part of her self care non-negotiables, it transformed not only her life but her career! Carrie left the corporate world after realizing that fitness is so much more than physical. It changed her mood, stress levels, productivity, energy, and outlook, and she knew she had to share this reward with others. She then became an integrative nutrition health coach and personal trainer and has since been focused on helping people create positive habits and lifestyle changes.

When she's not leading classes or coaching clients, you'll find Carrie navigating motherhood with a toddler and teenager! In her (removed 'limited) downtime, she enjoys a little chocolate, tea, and even some reality and drama TV! As for favorite ways to get active, Carrie says variety is key! She admits to not being competitive at any sport or type of exercise, but sure loves sampling all styles of fitness and ways to just get outside and get active!

Jenny- Master Trainer

Jenny has been moving and grooving her entire life ā€” she started dance lessons in kindergarten and never looked back. Now, more than 30 years later, she is a Pilates Mat, Barre, and Yoga instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. She graduated from Hollins University with a BA in Dance before moving to New York City to pursue her love of modern dance and teaching fitness classes. Jenny incorporates her many years of dance with her experience as an instructor to form well-balanced classes for students of all ages. She focuses on breath and body awareness in classes that are always varied, fun and non-competitive, and she usually has a ā€œtrickā€ up her sleeve ā€¦ even when sheā€™s wearing a tank top!

Outside of class, Jenny enjoys going to the many beaches in Rhode Island, drinking wine with friends, and going on family walks with her husband, daughter, son, and Maltese pup!

Joyce- Master Trainer

Joyce spent the first decade of her professional life learning to ask why and say no. Why does it have to be like that? Why do I have to work like that? She quit her first job when her law firmā€™s managing partner told her she couldnā€™t wear pants to work.

She spent the second decade of her professional life creating community and empowering women as the founder and CEO of Macaroni Kid, a multi-million dollar, hyper-local media company. How? By giving women actual, tactical tools to build a business of their own, against the backdrop of an incredible, supportive community.

And she will build the next decade of her professional life continuing that journey while encouraging women to take ownership of their minds, their moods and their bodies through the simple act of lacing up their sneakers and walking together. Welcome to the decade of 99 Walks.

Her mission? Nothing short of getting a million women walking their way to better.

Eric- Master Trainer

Ranked among the top CrossFit master athletes in the world, fitness, wellness, strength, and grit are Ericā€™s hallmarks.

Coaching is what Eric does best and loves most. In fact, heā€™s been coaching his entire adult life, first as a ski coach and later as a CrossFit coach. And his ā€œday job?ā€ Eric is the "engine" behind 99 Walks and powers the marketing team to achieve our mission of getting a million women walking. Eric believes that the key to quality coaching is to make it fun and interesting and being sure that everyone leaves a little further along their journey.
